Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Lead

Job Description:

A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems. They will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Configure and test Oracle applications to check that they meet business requirements.
  • Work under a continued improvement culture, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems.


Consultants must shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology. They need to configure and test Oracle applications to ensure they meet business needs. The ability to work autonomously and lead configuration of OTL cloud computing modules is also essential.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • At least 5-6 years' experience in consulting services in the human capital management systems area with a focus on Oracle Time & Labor.
  • At least 5-6 years' experience in completing two deployments of a full lifecycle of the Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud suite, with a focus on OTL.
  • At least 5-6 years' experience demonstrating an understanding of the Oracle Cloud human capital management concepts and general module features for OTL.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Oracle Cloud Certified in T&L.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity and ease with IT systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Highly skilled in problem solutions and analysis.
