Job Title: Experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to provide expert-level support and guidance in the implementation, configuration, and management of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

  • Develop and execute strategies for effective module utilization.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:Functional Expertise
  • Provide advanced configuration and customization services for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Develop and implement business processes and workflows to optimize system performance.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to module functionality.
Implementation and Support
  • Leverage expertise to guide clients through the implementation process.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee system reliability.
Tech-Savviness and Collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM product releases and enhancements.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify and address technical roadblocks.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Must have extensive experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly in workflow configurations, Autocomplete Rules, and Redwood UI features. Additionally, proficiency in Fast Formulas is highly beneficial. As an experienced specialist, you will be expected to drive results, lead by example, and consistently deliver high-quality work products.
