About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS, specifically the Time and Labor (OTL) module. The ideal candidate has a strong background in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, and ETL tools like ODI or Informatica.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions within the OTL module. This includes building and supporting complex ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Informatica to ensure seamless data flow.

Key responsibilities also include designing and developing custom reports using Oracle Forms/Reports and BI Publisher (BIP). Additionally, the consultant will manage integrations between the OTL module and other core Oracle EBS applications, including Payroll and HRMS.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, as well as a strong background in supporting international teams and clients.
