Healthcare Partnerships and Alliance Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Partnerships and Alliance Development Manager to join our team at PloPdo.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership development and a passion for driving business growth in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential healthcare merchants to partner with and develop strategies to engage them in partnerships with our organization.
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare merchants, including negotiating contracts and managing ongoing partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and revenue for healthcare merchants.
- Analyze data and metrics related to healthcare merchant partnerships to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Work with healthcare merchants to develop and implement joint programs and initiatives to drive business growth and revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare merchants, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage budgets and financial performance related to healthcare merchant partnerships, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and developing action plans to achieve financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to healthcare merchant partnerships, including data privacy and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in partnership development or business development in the healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets related to partnership development and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with healthcare merchants, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing ongoing partnerships with healthcare merchants.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with healthcare technology and software platforms is a plus.
