Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Partnerships and Alliance Development Manager to join our team at PloPdo.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership development and a passion for driving business growth in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential healthcare merchants to partner with and develop strategies to engage them in partnerships with our organization.
  2. Develop and manage relationships with healthcare merchants, including negotiating contracts and managing ongoing partnerships.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and revenue for healthcare merchants.
  4. Analyze data and metrics related to healthcare merchant partnerships to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Work with healthcare merchants to develop and implement joint programs and initiatives to drive business growth and revenue.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare merchants, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.
  7. Manage budgets and financial performance related to healthcare merchant partnerships, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and developing action plans to achieve financial targets.
  8. Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to healthcare merchant partnerships, including data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in partnership development or business development in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets related to partnership development and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with healthcare merchants, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing ongoing partnerships with healthcare merchants.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with healthcare technology and software platforms is a plus.
