About the Role

The CarePal Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its healthcare partnerships strategy. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive business growth and expand our reach in the healthcare industry.

2. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual success.

3. Identify and explore new opportunities for partnerships, particularly in the pharmaceutical and healthcare technology sectors.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective communication strategies, brand activation efforts, and below-the-line activities.

5. Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize partnership strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements

1. 8+ years of experience in B2B sales within the health technology sector.

2. Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships in the healthcare industry.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
