Job Title:

Servicing US Engineering Recruitment

Overview:

This is a leadership role in our US Engineering team where you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters to meet performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and strong team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of US Engineering Recruiters, ensuring consistent performance against set targets
  • Drive the full recruitment process for US-based Engineering roles across multiple clients and industries
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals
  • Build strong relationships with clients to deliver quality candidates
  • Provide training, mentoring, and feedback to team members
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality parameters
  • Monitor daily/weekly team performance and recruitment metrics
  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and market trends
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US Engineering Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms
  • Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and ATS/CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing recruitment teams
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US time zones
