As a Director of Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization by leading the recruitment efforts to attract and engage top talent.

About the Role

This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record of delivering results-driven outcomes in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to meet business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of recruiters to ensure successful execution of the talent acquisition strategy.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and drivers.
  • Develop and refine processes and procedures to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.
Leadership Skills
  • Strong consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts and gain cooperation among team members and clients.
Requirements
  • 10-12+ years of experience in Technology hiring.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a program management or team leadership role.
