Job Title: Luxury Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to oversee all aspects of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• End to end ownership of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and experience.

• Building and managing relationships with high net worth clients to drive sales of luxury jewelry products.

• Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets.

• Leading by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in direct sales preferably in designer brands.

• Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.

• Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.

• Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
