Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Perfume Consultant located in Kozhikode. The Perfume Consultant will assist customers in selecting and combining perfumes to create personalized fragrances. Daily tasks include providing expert advice on fragrances, maintaining product knowledge, managing inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Additional responsibilities include creating a welcoming and informative shopping experience, handling sales transactions, and maintaining store presentation.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of fragrances and perfume composition
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage inventory and handle sales transactions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to perform high-quality work consistently
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Prior retail experience in the beauty or fragrance industry is a plus
• Formal training in perfumery is beneficial
