Job involves with selection of paints & home décor variables. Job Description – -TheColour Consultant's role is to understand the overall décor of the house and to help the customer make the choice from the various colour families. -Advice the client on various themes and textures to enhance décor of their rooms. -Help set mood for the home with the use of colour and pick colors to create a space that reflects its inhabitants -Handling walk-in clients Cross selling of product categories Soft furnishing will be taken for by CC -Digital leads follow and calling Digital Journey at store Skills Required – -Good Communication Confident Demeanor Proficiency in written and spoken Hindi, English (Local language and English in case of South) -Confident Demeanor -Bachelor or Post Graduation diploma/degree in interior designing/fine arts/creative field (First preference) -Added Advantage if - a. Interior Designing firm b. Retail: Décor & related fields c. experience with architects/interior designer firms. Sales related experience–6+months. Good communication.
