Job Title: SENIOR STORE MANAGER

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role involves overseeing all aspects of our retail operations, including end-to-end ownership of the store, building and managing relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI) clients, and providing strategic leadership and direction to the boutique team.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SENIOR STORE MANAGER to lead our store sales team and drive the success of our flagship boutique. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • End to end ownership of the store
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with HNI clients
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the boutique team
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Lead by example and engage with customers to build relationships and drive sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Ensure that the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • MBA from a leading institution
  • Fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in Indian designer brands or real estate consultancy firms
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry
