About This Role- Create and execute a comprehensive training plan aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify training requirements and develop customized programs.
- Establish a training roadmap for all levels, from frontline staff to leadership teams.
Delivering Excellence: Develop and deliver training modules on luxury customer service, clienteling, selling skills, brand storytelling, and Bespoke service for high-net-worth individuals. Work closely with Retail Operations, Merchandising, and HR to embed training in our business culture.
Quality & Standards: Ensure consistency in brand training delivery across all locations. Monitor effectiveness through assessments, mystery audits, customer feedback, and sales performance. Establish KPIs and reporting metrics for training impact.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Introduce new learning methodologies, stay updated with luxury retail training trends, and benchmark against industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field; 10-12 years of experience in Training & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is mandatory.
