Job Title: Strategic Workforce Leader

As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an exceptional Strategic Workforce Leader to lead our workforce management initiatives globally.

This role will involve heading the workforce management, demand planning and fulfillment across entities worldwide. You will be responsible for designing and implementing an enterprise workforce fulfillment framework that drives efficiency and productivity.

  • The incumbent will empower talent teams to embed demand plans, enabling internal and external talent intelligence through data analytics, strategic modeling, and capability transformation.
  • They will advise on opportunities for productivity improvement, internal talent development, and strategic hiring in collaboration with various teams.
  • A hybrid work mode is also available for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce management strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and roll out enterprise workforce fulfillment frameworks.
  • Collaborate with talent teams to embed demand plans, drive talent intelligence, and optimize workforce allocation.
  • Advise on talent development, hiring strategies, and productivity opportunities to drive business growth.
