Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Partnership Development professional to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a mid-level, full-time position ideal for candidates with a maximum of 6 years of work experience.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners to enhance business growth and reach new markets.
  • Identify opportunities for channel expansion and coordinate with internal teams to execute partnership strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to co-create partner-focused solutions and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance and analyze outcomes to ensure alignment with company objectives and targets.
  • Facilitate the integration of AI-driven solutions in partner environments to optimize customer interactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the partner management sector.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve partner issues and provide seamless customer experience delivery.
  • Prepare and present partnership performance reports to internal and partner stakeholders to inform strategy decisions.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B partner and channel management to identify, develop, and expand strategic partnerships.
  • Expertise in AI-driven cognitive experiences to elevate customer engagement strategies.
  • Solid understanding of the AI-driven omni-channel customer experience space to navigate complex client projects and needs.
  • Strong capability in cross-functional collaboration to align diverse team efforts towards achieving partnership goals.
  • Proficiency in partner relationship management to nurture successful long-term partnerships.
  • Experienced in account management to oversee partner accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools to efficiently manage sales processes and partner interactions.
  • Knowledge in B2B SaaS / Messaging channels to integrate solutions effectively for client benefits.
