About the Opportunity
Seeking a strategic partner to support founders in driving company growth and success.
This full-time, on-site role is responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support, conducting market research, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
Daily tasks involve coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating meetings and preparing comprehensive reports
- Conducting market research and data analysis to drive informed decision-making
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Providing strategic planning and project management support to founders
Requirements:
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Administrative Support
- Experience in conducting Market Research and Data Analysis
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using productivity and collaboration tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in a startup environment is highly valued
