ServiceNow Engineer

The role of ServiceNow Engineer is a critical component of our Cyber Security team. The engineer will be responsible for delivering robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions to support cyber security processes, with a particular focus on the SecOps Vulnerability Response (VR) module.

The engineer will act as a trusted technical contact across the Cyber Security teams, often leading improvements into complex issues, supporting change deployments, and ensuring documentation and support materials are accurate and up-to-date.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary developer and technical SME for ServiceNow within the Cyber Security Engineering team, ensuring the platform is optimized to support vulnerability management, SecOps VR, and wider cyber security processes.

A strong background in ServiceNow development, knowledge of the SecOps VR module, proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/ SOAP integrations, and familiarity with enterprise security tools are essential for this role.
