Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Developer/Admin

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow administrator to lead our team and drive the optimization of our IT service management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.
  • Develop and implement custom workflows, catalogs, approval processes, and dynamic forms using Flow Designer and business rules.
  • Design and deploy scoped apps, data import/export solutions, and UI policies to enhance user experience and streamline workflows.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities systems.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics, including ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to define and optimize workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by developing audit preparation plans, documentation, and training programs for L1/L2 teams.

As a seasoned ServiceNow professional, you will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
