Job Summary:

A highly skilled professional is required to design scalable and optimal solutions across Compliance & Risk domains using the ServiceNow platform.

About the Role:

  • Design, implement, and deliver high-quality development projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product owners, staff architects, and staff engineers to support functional capabilities.
  • Provide technical expertise in designing, building, testing, and implementing ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB.
  • Develop and execute JavaScript utilities and provide estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases.
  • Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, reviewing test scripts and aligning with wider testing strategy.
  • Escalate issues, provide feedback, and propose changes to implementation specifications.
  • Consult with product owners to drive requirements to success and provide input into technical roadmap and architectural direction.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical disciplines.
  • 4-8+ years of development experience, including 2-6+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow, Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions/components, and full-cycle implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB.
  • Experience with applicable programming methodologies: JavaScript, API (Restful), XML, Java, Jelly scripting, Angular JS.
  • Prior technical experience of systems analysis/programming, GCP working knowledge, and experience building/executing JS utilities.
  • Hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credentials and conceptual architecture knowledge.
  • 3+ years Agile Framework experience and hands-on Scaled Agile Framework experience.
  • Machine Learning or Generative AI knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
