About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to promote our flagship one-day workshop – 'Eradicate Stress, Elevate Performance' – along with other leadership development initiatives.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving awareness and participation in high-value leadership programs, building long-term partnerships with organisations, and representing our brand with credibility, professionalism, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to reach CXOs, HR leaders, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Arrange and attend in-person meetings with senior executives to discuss our leadership development initiatives.
  • Drive engagement and participation in our flagship workshop and other leadership development programs.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Represent our brand with passion, integrity, and purpose.
