ServiceNow Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to drive platform stability, integrations, and compliance processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Governance Specialist: Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
  • DevOps Practitioner: Perform code deployments across environments, minimizing downtime.
  • Patch Management Expert: Develop and implement fixes for production defects, guaranteeing optimal performance.
  • Integration Manager: Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems, upholding regulatory standards.
  • Crisis Resolution Specialist: Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis, driving continuous improvement.
  • Platform Maintenance Specialist: Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Audit and Compliance Officer: Support audits and compliance reporting, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Upgrade Expert: Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches, minimizing disruptions.
  • Process Efficiency Champion: Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency, streamlining processes.
  • Documentation Specialist: Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks, facilitating knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules.
  • Mandatory Certifications:
  • ServiceNow CSA.
  • GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals.
  • GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation.
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution.
  • Proven expertise in code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes.
  • Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus.
