Senior ServiceNow Tester

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead ServiceNow QA/Tester with Business Analyst background in a Workday HR environment for our healthcare client.
Location: Remote from India, Duration: Long term, Start: Immediate (available to start within 2 weeks)
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing ServiceNow and working with Workday HR systems. They should possess strong understanding of Colleague experience, ensuring a seamless user journey across multiple platforms.
- Design and execute comprehensive test cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- End-to-end testing: Run test cases for employee processes spanning Workday, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.
- API expertise: Test data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday using their respective APIs (REST and SOAP).
- Workflow automation: Test HR workflows initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.
- Performance evaluation: Assess the performance of integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.
- Regression testing: Conduct thorough testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results.
- Analyze system requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow, Workday HR, and Colleague experience.
- Extensive testing experience with focus on functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with API testing and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with performance evaluation and regression testing.
