Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, develop and implement technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements through demonstrations and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure modules and develop custom solutions as required, leveraging scripting and software development expertise.
  • Capture business requirements from stakeholders and SMEs through collaborative approaches.
  • Work with internal/external stakeholders for user story development and configuration delivery.
  • Prepare high-level designs (HLD), low-level designs (LLD), architecture designs, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate technology direction updates and strategy with the platform team.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in IT software and custom app development, with a focus on ServiceNow implementations, system integrations, and development of ITOM.
  • Hands-on developer experience in scripting, unit testing, and REST/SOAP system integrations.
  • Expert knowledge on configuring CMDB, CSDM model, Discovery, Service Mappings with Impact, Root Cause Analysis, Event, Alert, Incident Management rules, Alert Intelligence, Predictive AIOps, Manual, Automated Service Mappings.
  • Deep understanding of REST, WSDL, JSON, and integration with third-party applications and data sources.
  • Manage CMDB & Asset foundation data tables, Import Sets, and Update Sets.
  • Expertise in configuring UI Actions/UI Policy ACL, hands-on with Angular based Client-side & Server-side scripts, Business Rules, Glide Scripting, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JSON Web technologies.
  • Experience with Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, designing KPI-driven Reporting & Dashboards.
  • Develop and manage application code, user interfaces, and integration components.
  • Create and maintain necessary development documentation - project plan, technical design, developer notes, user manual.
