ServiceNow Developer Position

This role is responsible for establishing quality control standards, monitoring performance, and providing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with Service portal is beneficial
  • ITIL/ServiceNow certifications are a plus
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integration protocols
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and effective time management
  • Proficiency in web-based development languages, especially JavaScript and Ajax
  • Understanding of ITSM Framework, ITIL, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, GRC

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and support
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
