Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to play a key role in our Sales team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Your primary focus will be on generating new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. You must be comfortable making numerous calls per day, working closely with marketing, and qualifying prospects to generate qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, as well as product features and benefits.
- Qualify opportunities along with appropriate SDRs for further development and closure.
- Be a part of closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Build connections with prospects using calls and emails.
- Graduate with good research skills.
- Some experience with writing content.
- Excellent communication skills (English written & verbal).
- Preferably worked in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Experience with LinkedIn and other sales tools.
- Good knowledge of primary and secondary research.
- Candidates with exposure in IT, ITES, SAAS, software will have an added advantage.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT sales.
- Experienced must be from the ITService Industry.
