Business Development Executive
At Enlighten Schola, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential startup clients for fundraising services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in startups.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Present our fundraising solutions to prospective clients through presentations, meetings, and pitches.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related field in the service industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
