Business Development Executive

At Enlighten Schola, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential startup clients for fundraising services. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in startups, and conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and target potential startup clients for fundraising services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in startups.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Present our fundraising solutions to prospective clients through presentations, meetings, and pitches.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Gather client feedback and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • MBA degree from a recognized institution.
  • 13 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related field in the service industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and fundraising processes is a plus.
