Business Development Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled business development professional with expertise in lead generation and business expansion. This role focuses on driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and setting up meetings with key decision-makers.

  • Identify and generate high-quality business leads in the US staffing industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong connections with prospective clients (HR leaders, procurement heads, hiring managers) via calls, emails, and schedule meetings for senior leadership with target accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach efforts to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams.
  • Track and update lead activity in CRM tools accurately and regularly.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in business development or lead generation, preferably in US staffing or recruitment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of staffing services and client acquisition strategies in the US market.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of dedication, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoom Info, Hub Spot, etc.
