About the Position:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Support Specialist to join our team at Staffington Consulting Pvt Ltd. As a critical member of our support team, you'll provide expert technical assistance and customer service, ensuring seamless interactions with our clients.
Key Job Functions:
- Provide top-tier customer support for our web-based enterprise solutions
- Take ownership of customer-reported issues and drive them to resolution
- Collaborate with customers to ensure effective business operations and outcomes
- Follow established processes and procedures within the team
- Participate in the ticketing system and manage client-reported issues
- Demonstrate commitment to quality and excellence in your work
- Contribute to product development by sharing customer insights and feedback
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of supporting web-based enterprise applications (4-9 years)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Background in technology and prior advanced support experience
- Superior communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
