Customer Success Delivery Lead

HealthEdge is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a key member of our project delivery team in Hyderabad, India. As a Customer Success Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of customer solutions and establishing strong business relationships with clients.
About the RoleThis position involves leading the successful delivery of customer solutions, including managing tickets, providing client and executive status reports, and executing assessment of the current state, performing gap analysis, defining, mapping, and implementing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer expectations and satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and ensure adherence to standard processes
- Leverage Lean framework to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement in delivery processes
- Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of regular ticket and management reports for customers
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years' overall SDLC/SaaS experience with at least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management
- Experience in handling end-to-end delivery of IT Software projects and products
- Strong skills in scope management, change management, stakeholder management, and negotiation
- Ability to influence and consult with stakeholders to solve business processes and technical problems
The estimated salary for this position is ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
