Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a tailored experience for each guest through the Guest Services platform, fostering deeper relationships and driving loyalty and sales.
- Analyze and resolve guest concerns with courtesy and professionalism, leveraging strong work ethic and excellent guest service skills.
- Interact effectively with cross-functional teams to address guest issues promptly and communicate valuable insights to leadership.
- Stay adaptable to changing business needs while maintaining a positive attitude and displaying professionalism in all interactions.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Fresh graduates or 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in Chat environments.
- Possess professional communication skills, including listening and negotiation.
- Ability to handle escalated guest complaints.
- Adept at using various information sources to identify problems and provide solutions.
- Will to work in 24/7 shifts, preferably in US time zones.
