Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Guest Services Specialist.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to guests via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of guest interactions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • 6-12 months of previous customer service experience, preferably in a chat or email environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening and negotiating.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Apart from the essential requirements, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Experience working in a 24/7 environment.
  • Familiarity with US cultural awareness and processes.
