Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Guest Services Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
As a part of this role, you'd be responsible for handling phone calls, messages and DMs on Social media and explaining to the guests about the property, talking to the client if required, maintaining accurate records of transactions and coming up with the ideas to increase sales across the properties we manage.
The role involves close collaboration with other team members to ensure consistent and outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Guest Services and Customer Service skills
  • Working days : 6 days a week including weekend with a holiday on a weekday.
  • Comfortable with tools/whatsapp to reply to the messages and quickly solve guest questions.
  • Client management
  • Experience with Cash Handling and maintaining accurate transaction records
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Create reports with insights, recommendations & next steps.
  • Help with insights from your guest conversations to the marketing team to help boost enquiries.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hotel management is beneficial
