The Guest Services Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone calls, messages, and social media DMs
  • Provide detailed information about property features, amenities, and booking procedures
  • Coordinate and manage reservations, cancellations, and special requests
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • Identify and suggest ideas to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service standards across all properties

Key Requirements:

  • Guest Services and Customer Service skills
  • Working days : 6 days a week with a holiday on a weekday.
  • Comfortable with tools/whatsapp to reply to the messages and quickly solve guest questions.
  • Client management
  • Experience with Cash Handling and maintaining accurate transaction records
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Create reports with insights, recommendations & next steps.
  • Help with insights from your guest conversations to the marketing team to help boost enquiries.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but open to individuals from any industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hotel management is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹48,000.00 per month
