Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Guest Services team as a Senior Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests by engaging with them through various channels and fostering a positive experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch guest service via phone, email, chat, and other channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve guest issues promptly and efficiently
  • Identify and communicate guest trends to leadership
  • Work independently in a dynamic service center environment
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 6-12 months of previous customer service experience, preferably in a chat/email environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening and negotiating
  • Ability to interact with guests, team members, and internal business partners with a professional, friendly, and empathetic style
  • Experience dealing with escalated guest complaints
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and ownership skills
  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts, preferably in US time zones
