The role of a Senior Enterprise Solutions Consultant at Vodafone Idea Limited involves providing strategic solutions to support the sales objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Foster high face time with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide relevant solutions to enhance Vodafone Idea's win ratio.
  • Consultative Approach: Develop a deeper understanding of customer telecom and IT strategies and propose solutions leveraging on Vodafone Idea products and partner-led propositions.
  • New Business Development: Engage with CXO's, buying centres, and decision-makers at customer organizations to position Vodafone Idea products and services as value-adds to the customer's digital journey.
  • New Product Penetration: Champion new products, develop POCs, use cases, increase market adoption, and achieve scale.
  • First-Time Right Design: Ensure adherence to Vodafone Idea solution governance processes for large opportunities from identified accounts, maintaining a balance between incremental revenue and operating costs.
  • RFP/Tender Support: Provide timely responses to qualified RFPs and tenders from a solution perspective, ensuring bid submissions and differentiating Vodafone Idea against competition.

Performance Indicators

  • Large Deal Solutioning: Focus on ensuring incremental revenue achievement as per defined targets across multiple technologies, products, and services.
  • Order Booking/Revenue Achievement: Achieve order booking and revenue targets across non-mobility voice services, execute segment-specific projects, and ensure revenue recognition as per agreed designs.
  • Solution Implementability: Ensure 100% implementable solutions with revenue recognition beginning as per agreed designs.
  • Solution Heat Map: Develop a heat map to increase penetration in assigned ME/Government accounts, build and execute strategies as per agreements.
  • Governance Adherence: Maintain the highest level of governance adherence and deliverables in the solution business as prescribed by the solutions team.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on technology and implementation exposure to transmission technologies like DWDM, SDH, Ethernet, IP/MPLS, SIP, collaboration, IoT, security, data centre, cloud, IT integration, and managed services.
  • Customer Understanding: Good understanding of enterprise customer requirements and unique skills to build solutions using core technologies.
  • Techno-Commercial Experience: Good techno-commercial and market experience.
  • Customer Interaction: Ability to interact with CXO levels, buying centres, and decision-makers in an organization.
  • Learning and Articulation: Ability to learn new things faster and articulate with good presentation and documentation skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 8-10 years of experience in the Telecom Technology domain.
  • Education: Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate/Preferably MBA.
  • Technical Certifications: Technology certifications from leading OEMs like Cisco/Juniper/Nokia/Oracle/Azure/Amazon/CCNA/CCNP/CCDA/CCDP.
  • Process Frameworks: Experience working under Six Sigma, ITIL, ETOM, TL9000 process frameworks.

Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum (approximate) based on location and industry standards.
