We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Solutions Executive to join our team at PASSIONMOJO PVT. LTD.

Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in solution selling, sales revenue growth, and business development.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in services selling, including solution selling, gift cards, platforms, loyalty programs, or software services and IT solutions/SaaS.

You will be responsible for owning sales revenue numbers, taking ownership of and driving business relationships with large/Medium corporate enterprises, and maintaining sustainable relationships with key decision-makers.

Your role will also involve developing strategies and business plans for meeting growth and revenue milestones, qualifying opportunities, and building business pipelines.

As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Executive, you will be expected to understand customer problems, work with technical teams to build solutions, develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets, and support account business targets.

Requirements
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in services selling, including solution selling, gift cards, platforms, loyalty programs, or software services and IT solutions/SaaS.
  • A track record of meeting target numbers from year-on-year.
  • Significant experience with face-to-face presentations to executive-level decision-makers.
  • Show consistent success in maintaining and building client relationships within an enterprise account base.
  • Experience creating and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Evidence of high performance, entrepreneurial spirit, and team player qualities.
  • An MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
  • Ability to work as an Individual Contributor and travel across required regions.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits and incentives.
