Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to serve as our primary administrator for internal IT infrastructure and security policies.

  • Provide immediate technical support and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Administer employee workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
  • Manage internal networking components, including switches, routers, and access points.
  • Oversee Microsoft Entra ID user accounts, groups, and permissions, SharePoint sites, document libraries, and collaboration spaces.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support and security administration.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security architectures.
  • Proficiency in Windows (Server and Desktop), with Mac and Linux knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning, and security monitoring tools.

Reporting Structure
