Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Developer/ Admin

  • About this role:

This is a critical position that requires the right candidate to have extensive experience with administering the ServiceNow platform.

As a ServiceNow Lead Developer/ Admin, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical guidance and support across various modules of the platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  • Catalog Item Creation: Skilled in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs, domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
  • Integration Skills: Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Metric Tracking: Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Leadership: Led instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborated with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows.
  • Audit Preparation: Experienced in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  • Integration Skills: Integration skills with third-party systems.
  • Metric Tracking: Metric tracking and reporting abilities.
  • Leadership: Leadership in instance upgrades and maintenance.
  • Collaboration: Stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Compliance and governance knowledge.
