About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to assume the position of Software Asset Management expert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications for IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement solutions
  • Optimize and maintain existing ServiceNow applications
  • Integrate ServiceNow Software Asset Management solutions with other enterprise systems
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical guidance

Requirements

  • A minimum of five years of experience in ServiceNow design and development
  • Familiarity with software asset management processes and the end-to-end lifecycle
  • Experience in developing and implementing the ServiceNow Software Asset Management Pro module
  • Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Desirable Experience

  • A minimum of two full lifecycle implementations of ServiceNow Software Asset Management
  • Experience with custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API)
  • Experience configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
