As a Software Engineering Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to clients. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in ServiceNow platform configuration and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
  • Develop and maintain Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale implementations of enterprise-level HR service environments.
  • Design, develop, and test complex business logic using Unit testing, Defect fixing – all testing cycles, movement between instances, cutover and go live hypercare support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and technologies, and share knowledge with the team to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Strong understanding of HRSD modules and ServiceNow tools such as Studio, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Certified ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a plus.
  • Experience with ITSM, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules is a plus.
