Job Title: Software Expert

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for developing complex software solutions using Python and React. S/he will apply professional concepts and company objectives to resolve intricate issues in creative and effective ways.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-level and low-level designs for a given set of functional requirements as a marketable feature or a set of Use Cases.
  • Foster expertise in the primary product's technology.
  • Maintain best coding practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on design reviews, code reviews, implementation, and information about existing implementations.
  • Develop expertise in one or more modules of the product.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of core modules of secondary products.
  • Analyze AI tools and their integration into work streams for productivity gains.
Educational Background and Experience:

The Software Expert typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.
