ServiceNow Technical Lead Position

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Work Management: Prioritize and manage incoming tasks, including incident resolution and platform enhancements.
  • Task Assignment: Allocate tasks to team members based on skillsets and workload.
  • Customer Engagement: Liaise with customers, gathering requirements and providing project updates.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and automate processes.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role, managing technical teams.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders.
