Expert UCCE Engineer Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and related third-party solutions, including call recording platforms.
  • Ensure proficiency in basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC operations and troubleshooting to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Utilize skills to create MACD creations in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms, driving business growth through innovative solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL processes to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices, enabling effective issue resolution and prevention.
  • Apply expertise in VOIP and Performance Management Tools to integrate other tools, improving overall system efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling to provide comprehensive support.
  • Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 business support environment, ensuring continuous operation and minimal downtime.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Voice platform is essential for delivering high-quality support services.
  • Experience working with CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms is crucial for success in this role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Third Party Providers to resolve telecommunication problems and OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Conduct advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities, including system design issues, upgrade plans, technical documentation, upgrades, and site coordination.
  • Serve as the point of contact for service delivery issues, pending work, escalations, and team support.
  • Pursue process improvements through individual contributions, maintaining and updating Knowledge Base and documentation.
  • Exercise excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Cisco UCCE or PCCE Email and Voice communication skills are required.
  • Teamwork and Power Point presentation/preparation skills are essential.
  • Excel-related Analytics skills are necessary for success in this role.
