Key UCCE Engineer Role

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled UCCE Engineer to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient call flows, providing consulting and technical support to clients and internal stakeholders, and troubleshooting and resolving issues related to UCCE components and deployments.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient call flows using Cisco Contact Center Enterprise components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Provide consulting and technical support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UCCE components and deployments

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in installation and configuration of UCCE components
  • Strong consulting skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Basic troubleshooting and design knowledge of UCCE components and call flows

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • High-level design understanding of UCCE architecture
  • In-depth knowledge of CVP deployment model call flows
