Job Title: Cisco UCCE CVP Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cisco UCCE CVP engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing robust Cisco UCCE and CVP architectures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing high-performing contact center solutions, and integrating Cisco UCCE and CVP with various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and design scalable resilient and high-performing contact center solutions using Cisco UCCE and CVP.
  • Design detailed design documents, high-level and low-level diagrams, and integration plans for UCCE and CVP components.
  • Lead or participate in the installation configuration and deployment of UCCE and CVP components including ICM PGs Call Servers Gateways Media Servers Finesse and supporting applications.
  • Integrate Cisco UCCE and CVP with third-party applications such as CRM systems workforce management IVR call recording analytics and other enterprise solutions.
  • Develop update and troubleshoot CVP VXML applications and ICM scripts to support dynamic routing self-service and intelligent call distribution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cisco UCCE/CVP certification is mandatory.
  • CCNP Collaboration CCIE Collaboration or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions Webex Contact Center Amazon Connect Genesys Cloud etc. is a plus.
