Genesys Cloud Contact Center Expert

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure the contact center infrastructure meets business outcomes and evolves with market trends.

  • Design and Engineering: Establishing standards, supporting development and implementation activities for new functionality.
  • Operations and Maintenance: Managing operational run, enhancements and platform changes, supporting operational functions including change, problem and incident management.
  • Support for Supplier Management: Monitoring delivery of services from suppliers to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Collaboration with IT Stakeholders: Supporting integrations, governance processes and architecture/design.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with country representatives, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with Genesys Cloud solutions.
  • Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions.

Desirable Skills:

  • Genesys Cloud tools, including Architect, Agent Scripter, CLI.
  • Experience with JSON, RegEx and restful API/web services.
  • Designing, creating and managing table-driven and dynamic workflows.
