Job Title: Senior Data Center Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing data center operations, ensuring reliability and efficiency. They will be responsible for leading a team to execute planned and unplanned activities within timelines while maintaining effective communication.

The role involves tracking and closing complaints within SLA deviation, managing incidents, and performing root cause analysis. The successful candidate will also oversee asset management, warranty, AMC, lifecycle, and capacity management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team to execute planned and unplanned activities within timelines, maintaining effective communication.
  2. Track and close complaints within SLA deviation.
  3. Manage incidents and perform root cause analysis, closing RCA recommendations on time with periodic review.
  4. Oversee asset management, warranty, AMC, lifecycle, and capacity management.
  5. Track and complete 5 PPM activities with OEMs to ensure 100% equipment availability.
  6. Vendor management: monitor RAT and TAT on complaints, ensuring uptime of redundant equipment.
  7. Maintain records for all stocks according to BCP requirements.
  8. Coordinate with CE teams for customer queries and submit reports on time.
  9. Maintain 100% compliance tracking periodic trackers.
  10. Adhere to physical security processes.
  11. Prepare risk assessments and validate periods based on incidents and RCA.
  12. Update inventories up-to-date with capacity vs. accompany vs. balance on monthly bases, including customer details on rack inventory.
  13. Submit reports on time, adhering to agreed timelines.
  14. Ensure 100% audit and compliance.
  15. Demonstrate knowledge in HSE.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 7+ years of progressive data center and/or critical facilities experience.
