Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Overview

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for leading large teams in Quality Control, including an Analytical Methods Validation team. The primary objective is to ensure the smooth operation of LC-MS, Nasal analytical, and FT-NIR analytical teams for regular testing and method validation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the QC-AMV team of 30+ members in regular testing and method validation activities using sound analytical knowledge and leadership skills.
  2. Provide backup support to the QC Head of Department with daily updates, monthly sample status, laboratory management, training, and coordination with stakeholders.
  3. Execute and approve various types of quality management systems (QMS), identify scientific root causes, and maintain laboratory compliance.
  4. Design and execute analysis planning, data interpretation, and presentation to the Head of Department.
  5. Drive self-improvement, make decisions, and learn from experiences. Provide guidance to team members and monitor key performance indicators.
  6. Lead all types of QC-AMV work in the absence of the QC-HOD and participate in departmental improvement programs.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Research and Development, and Project Management Institute to accomplish allocated tasks with ownership and accountability.
