Job Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will possess experience in Level 3 support for Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Unified Customer Contact Express (UCCX), and Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (PCCE) solutions, along with release management expertise. This role demands a strong understanding of Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) protocols, IT Service Management (ITIL) process, and Telecommunications infrastructure protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supporting experience on Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & third-party Call recording platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Cisco Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and troubleshooting.
  • MACD creation expertise in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers to assist in problem resolution of telecommunications issues & Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for incident resolution.
  • Perform advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities encompassing system design issues, upgrade plans, creation of technical product documentation, upgradation, & site coordination.
  • Maintain and update knowledge base and documentation & initiate and implement process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • UCCE or PCCE Email and Voice communication skills & teamwork.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Cisco Unified Communications (UC), UCCE, Voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, release management.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of experience in Level 3 support for Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE solutions.
  • Experience in release management expertise.
  • Strong understanding of VOIP protocols, ITIL process, and Telecom infrastructure protocols.
  • Knowledge and use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools and integration experience with other tools.
