Channel Partner Development Manager

As a Sales Channel Strategist at Lodha, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth through effective channel partner development and management.
About the Job
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that each segment and project meets its sales targets from various channels. This involves developing and driving the channel sales team, consisting of core team members, to achieve targeted numbers of additions to the channel partner database every month or quarter. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth registration, training, certification, and brokerage disbursal for channel partners. To optimize revenue generation, you will implement mechanisms for evaluating and categorizing channel partners. Furthermore, you will work closely with site heads to leverage promotional offers for channel partners, prepare calendars for the year, planning important events around festive occasions, and develop healthy investor databases through channel partners. You will also oversee organization of channel-related events and ensure continuously improving channel partner experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the channel sales team to meet targeted numbers of additions to the channel partner database
- Implement mechanisms for evaluating and categorizing channel partners
- Work closely with site heads to leverage promotional offers for channel partners
- Prepare calendars for the year, planning important events around festive occasions
- Develop healthy investor databases through channel partners
Industry Expertise
This role requires an in-depth understanding of the industry, competitor details, including price movements, construction activity, key trends, and market dynamics. Effective networking with peer teams and industry contacts is crucial to stay updated on key trends, developments, market dynamics, and potential business opportunities.
Collaboration and Support
You will support peer teams for effective deal closure, ensuring required documents are in place, and monitoring collections for designated accounts. Coordination with various departments, such as Customer Care and Sales Peer Teams, is essential to ensure exceptional customer service.
Compliance and Records
Maintaining accurate records for designated accounts and sharing regular updates with the Team Lead and Segment Head is vital. Adherence to SFDC and lead tracking mechanisms is also required.
